The director of the Babylon Hotel, Mahmoud Al-Mathno, criticized the public sector’s election of private sector representatives in mixed companies.
Al-Mathno told Al-Eqtisad News, "Today we are facing a problem related to the public sector representative electing members of the private sector to the boards of directors of mixed companies."
He stressed that public sector representatives are appointed, but now they participate in private sector elections.
