    Information/Baghdad...
Today, Wednesday, the Fatah Alliance criticized the position of Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein regarding the Turkish occupation of Iraqi lands in Dohuk Governorate in the Kurdistan Region.
Alliance member Ali Al-Fatlawi told Al-Maalouma Agency, "Hussein's position is in line with the position of the ruling Democratic Party in the region to which he belongs, as well as the Kurdistan government, which have remained silent about the Turkish violations."
He added, "If this matter indicates anything, it indicates that there is an interest between Erbil and Ankara that is pushing the government of the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani, to remain silent about what is happening."
He added, "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs did not issue a strongly worded position or statement regarding the continued Turkish violations, stressing that "the Turkish forces continue their incursions into Iraqi territory amid silence from the governments of Baghdad and Erbil."
He pointed out that "Turkey is not only carrying out military operations inside Iraq, but it is also occupying Iraqi territory under the eyes and ears of the federal government and the Kurdistan government." End 25N
