    Baghdad:
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidane, and the Minister of Planning, Mohammed Ali Tamim, discussed a number of legal issues related to the work of the ministry. The Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement: "The Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidane, received the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning, Mohammed Ali Tamim, and discussed with him a number of legal issues related to the work of the ministry." The Ministry of Planning had denied the issuance of judicial rulings against Minister Mohammed Tamim. The ministry said in a statement: "Some social media sites circulated documents claiming that they were issued by the Iraqi courts against the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning, Mohammed Ali Tamim." The ministry confirmed that "all that was circulated is fake news and has no basis in truth," noting that it "will pursue and prosecute the parties and individuals who stand behind the publication and forgery of official documents."[/size]
