Planning: 25% of the distribution of surplus oil revenues retroactively

Announced
and the Iraqi Ministry of Planning, the distribution of grant amounts
for the 25% of the budget surplus to citizens soon and retroactively in
2012 and 2013.
He said ministry spokesman Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi:
"The sums mentioned are included in the current year budget and will be
disbursed after the surplus account in the month of June next as they
will be disbursed retroactively on the grounds that the law of the grant
was approved in the past year."
And: "The ministry is studying
several proposals to agree on a mechanism for distributing funds and
target audiences in dispensing, noting that the scenarios presented
include distributed to families most Tafva Listings then at least, and
so, or to be distributed to citizens on the basis of the recipients of
the ration card without others who withheld them with high salaries and
obtaining the identities of the Chambers of Commerce. "
