    Raised the presidency of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Tuesday, the tenth session of the second legislative term of the first legislative year to the day after tomorrow, Thursday, in the meeting witnessed the postponement of the first reading of legal accountability and the prohibition of the National Guard and the Baath Party and other law and an end to the first reading of two bills. 


     A parliamentary source said in an interview with the (long-Presse), "The House of Representatives Speaker Salim al-lift, this afternoon, the tenth session of the second legislative term of the first legislative year, to be held the day after tomorrow, Thursday," noting that "the meeting saw the postponement of the first reading to draft legal accountability, justice and the prohibition of the National Guard and the Baath Party. "
    The source, who asked not to be named, said:


     "The meeting also saw the postponement of the second reading of the first draft amendment to the Law on the Protection of mass graves Law No. (5) for the year 2006, and approved on the grill, Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq on IDP file", noting that " the meeting included the termination of the first reading of the draft property installed in agricultural lands and orchards excluded from the settlement business law, and the first reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Convention on Road Traffic of 1968 and the European Agreement supplementing her 2006 ".


    The Iraqi Council of Representatives held on Tuesday, (February 10, 2015), held its tenth session of the second legislative term of the first legislative year, led by its President Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 255 deputies, while the agenda of the meeting included the first and second readings of the five bills notably accountability, justice and the prohibition of the Baath Party dissolved, and the National Guard.
