    CBI revealed Thursday, the presence of a number of private banks lagging in its work during the last term, and in attributing the cause of the delay to the non-payment of dues contractors and clients as a result of "lack of liquidity", vowed to dealers funds with lagging private banks through the "reserve legal.

    He said the Deputy Prime Minister's Office, "The Committee also discussed the banking policy of the Trade Bank of Iraq, particularly the issue of lending to the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Central Bank of Iraq in the region, as the Commission found as banking operations professional and there is no loan granted by the bank to the two mentioned."

    Parliamentary Finance Committee, announced Thursday, to raise complaints against private banks to the Ministry of Finance, and indicated that they prove a paragraph in the general budget on behalf of the (deposit guarantee), as attributed the cause to give birth to problems in the future, confirmed the formation of a sub-committee to discuss the failure of some of the banks Eligibility in dealing with its customers.
     
    He said the parliamentary Finance Committee member Jabbar Abdul Khaliq said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The banks are obliged to give deposits to clients," noting that "some banks suffer Adraah problems, and we had to raise the complaint against her to the Ministry of Finance."
     
    Abdul Khaliq said that "the private banks monitored by the CBI, where banks provide monthly budget to the Central, and the latter used his powers to stop the work of the bank if the disposal of his money out of contexts, and when finds that liquidity has less than deposits then will declare bankruptcy."
     
    For his part, said committee member Massoud Rustam said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The Commission wants to avoid future problems, such as not to give the banks deposits, install a paragraph in the budget to enact a law on behalf of the (deposit guarantee)," adding that "with the neighboring countries and the world great experience in this subject, and has advanced laws to protect the Customer deposits with banks. "
