     Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud detect the judiciary over a difficult phase is to address the corruption in all financial and administrative forms and to unclean hands that stretched to public money and looted what to distract from the good of this country for the current generations and generations to come. He stressed Mahmoud presided over a meeting of graduates of the Judicial Institute session 37's (65) as a judge on the need to take into account the federal judiciary plan through serious contribution in the fight against corruption through the application of the law to everyone, whatever the social and functional addresses. And between Al-Mahmoud said his meeting with the President of the Commission on Public Integrity, Dr. Hassan al-Yasiri and judges of integrity in Baghdad Drawing cooperation between the judiciary and the Integrity Commission fully lines, explaining the role of the judiciary to receive claims from authorities in charge of law to monitor corruption in the forefront of the Integrity Commission and the Office of Financial Supervision and the departments inspectors, pointing out that the judiciary receives the competent authorities in anti-corruption efforts and then comes his role in the judicial investigation and trial, and this is the nature of his mission. Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud announced that the specialized courts to hear cases of corruption in Baghdad have been resolved during the period from 01/02/2015 to 06/09/2015 73% indicating that the investigation has been resolved Court (2549) suit of origin (3417) suit The completed misdemeanor court (375) suit out of (498) and settled Criminal Court (458) suit indicating that he was left with only (51) suit only. He pointed out that the Supreme Judicial Council took over the distribution of the new judges for the two wings (31) of them as members of a claim in a follow-up financial and administrative corruption cases and (35) a judge in the courts, as needed, reminding the Integrity Commission of the need to complete the suit requirements before they are forwarded to the specialized fair courts and linking all documents and documents necessary for the conduct of the case.
