Iraq warns of a "global war" against the backdrop of Turkey to bring down a Russian plane
BAGHDAD .. of the parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations on Tuesday warned of a third war over high topple Turkey Russian warplane.

Russian President Vladimir Putin promised today to drop Russian fighter as a "stab in the back" by "terrorists partners," warning of serious consequences for relations between Moscow and Ankara, as he emphasized that the plane was shot down in Syrian territory, just four kilometers from the Turkish border.
