Asadi: Ministers of Ahrar bloc not to attend CoMs’ meetings on Tuesday

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -Al-Ahrar bloc within the Sadr Trend announced not attending the meetings of the Council of Ministers on Tuesday.
The Secretary General of al-Ahrar bloc, Dhiyaa al-Asadi, stated “The ministers of al-Ahrar bloc will not attend the meeting of the CoM on Tuesday for the same reasons that are canceling the decision of the CoM over postponing the local elections in Anbar and Nineveh provinces and settling the pending issues.”
“Suspending the attendance from the meetings of the CoM is a temporary solution till achieving the final settlement or withdrawing from the government,” he added.
He denied “Holding meetings and talks with the State of Law Coalition over this decision but there are some talks with the other sides to unify the stances,” he concluded.
