disputes over the powers of the speaker of the House of Osama 's,
adoption of the rules of procedure of the Council.
Alshazar said
(News News Agency): many important laws that affect the lives of
citizens and serve the country awaiting recognition, due to the
incompatibility of political blocs, stating that the rules of procedure
of the House of one of the important laws delayed approval because of
differences on the powers of the President of the Council.
Independent
MP said: there are claims of some blocks to adoption of the rules of
procedure, and may be submitted in the next legislative term of the
House of representatives for approval.
And political differences
often contributed to disable important laws and services, and even
influence the security situation, the thicker the country problems and
make it unable to achieve significant progress in comparison with the
