    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers announced that “The sub-committees in Kirkuk province have accomplished the files of the victims who were damaged due to the terrorist bombing which took place in Debis village on March 11th.”The Secretariat General of the Cabinet reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com “The Sub-Committees in Kirkuk within the Central Committee of Compensating the Terrorism Victims within the Secretariat General issued the resolutions related to compensating the terrorism victims and sent it to the Ministry of Finance to allocate the required financial funds for them.””The resolution of the Council of Ministers no. (37) of 22/1/2013 stipulates to compensate the victims of terrorism immediately under the supervision of the Secretariat General of the Cabinet,” the statement added. \END\
