    The head of parliament Saleem al-Jubouri, Saturday, that the World Bank showed a strong response in the stand by Iraq, while noting that the bank intends to give Iraq more loans to resolve the economic problem. 

    Jubouri said in a press conference held at the parliament building in central Baghdad, attended by Alsumaria News, "The World Bank expressed an overwhelming response in the stand by Iraq and has previously granted Iraq a loan of one billion and 200 million dollars," he said, adding that "there is an intention to give Iraq more of the loans to resolve the economic problem and in order not to fall into the banned that affect employees' salaries. "

     

    He said al-Jubouri, that "the government and the parliament concerned to exceed the negative consequences of the economic situation and enters within our responsibility."

    The World Bank announced, in (17 December 2015), it agreed to give Iraq a loan of one billion and 200 million dollars to help Baghdad in controlling public finances and improve the efficiency of the energy sector and offset the decline in oil prices and the escalating costs of security conditions
