Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -MP, Suzan al-Saad, of Fadhila bloc confirmed that the amendment of the Justice and Accountability Commission law is to benefit the Baathists who harmed the citizens.
She stated to IraqiNews.com “The amendment was surprising for Iraqis who suffered a lot from Baath Party that killed and displaced many Iraqis.”
“The amendment granted privileges to those who do not deserve them and it is unjust for Iraqis,” she added.
“Fadhila bloc rejects amending the law by the parliament,” she concluded.
It is worth mentioning that the Government decided to amend the JAC law on last Sunday and the amendment is supposed to be submitted for the parliament to be discussed and endorsed.
