    [ltr]Diyala police command confirmed on Saturday that the situation in the district of Muqdadiyah controlled and does not require declaration of a state of emergency, noting that the claim deputy governors had thus pouring oil into the fire and spreading fear among citizens.[/ltr]
    [ltr]A spokesman for the Diyala province police Col.
