    Oil Minister calls for return to oil agreement with Kurdistan or find another

    Oil Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, Tuesday, to return to the oil budget agreement with the territory or make a new agreement with them, saying that lower oil prices caused the collapse of the oil agreement between the two parties.
