Mutleg’s slate describes dissolving parliament, holding early elections as “Difficult”

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -MP, Nada al-Jobouri, of the Arabic Iraqiya bloc headed by the Deputy Premier, Salih al-Mutleg, described dissolving the parliament and holding early elections as “Difficult at the current time.”
She stated in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com “Holding the next parliamentary elections requires a new law to avoid the obstacles set by the former law and to serve all the political blocs.”
“Dissolving the government can be only done by the agreement of the political blocs where it is also difficult due to the lack of such an agreement,” she added, noting that “The head of the Accord bloc, Ayad Allawi, has already called for holding early elections.”
She called “The parliament to increase its efforts and make the legal reforms that would result in achieving the citizens’ demands and encourage them to participate in the next elections.”
Earlier, the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, released an initiative to settle the crisis which is to dissolve the parliament and government in addition to holding early elections.
