What did the SBA rest upon? the rebudget and I thought I saw the court will render a decision on the reforms thus far within 15 days meaning the meetings held in the cafeteria whether it was legal, which they will...then they move forward on those reforms, the entire package is complete just needs a completed process. But the budget was paramount; it seems to be a done deal but this is an informed source so it's not officially announced...This is what they said before and if it's done then this following hurdle is met:
