    The head of the government, Haider al-Abadi, on Monday, the need to raise the efficiency of the use of the estimated revenue for the year coming in 2017, to secure the wages and salaries and the amounts of the social protection network and the ration card, as well as the perpetuation of the war against the requirements (Daesh) and drew introduced a draft budget law at a cabinet meeting tomorrow Tuesday, as a prelude to preparing its final form and submit it to parliament before the tenth of next September.
    This came during chairing the Prime Minister, today, "an important meeting" of the crisis cell, in the presence of members of the cell, Advanced and landlords in the financial, oil and planning ministries, according to a statement Information Office of the Prime Minister, received the (long-Presse) a copy of it.
    The Abadi, the importance of "raising the efficiency of the use of the estimated revenue for the year coming in 2017, toward securing salaries and wages and salaries of retirees and the amounts of the social protection network and the ration card, as well as the perpetuation of the war requirements to achieve the final victory over the Daesh and its lackeys gangs."
    During the meeting, according to the statement, "a thorough discussion of the details of revenues and expenditures and ways to address the projected shortfall with continued low global oil prices."
    The head of the government, at the conclusion of the meeting, the technical team in charge of reviewing the draft general budget for the year 2017 Act, to "make adjustments in the light of what has been put forward, to submit these observations at a cabinet meeting on Tuesday (23 August current 2016), as a prelude to set up the project in its final form and submit it to the House of Representatives, before the tenth of next September. "
    The Ministry of Finance, announced (18 August 2016 current), presented the draft of the financial budget of the state of the 2017 Act, to the Council of Ministers.
