[ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Citizen bloc called the Council of Ministers to include the poor and the low-income citizens in granting the plots.[/ltr]
[ltr]The spokesperson of the bloc, Abdul Hussein Abtan, stated in a press conference “We call the Iraqi government to include the poor and low-income citizens in granting them plots to settle the crisis of residence in Iraq.”[/ltr]
[ltr]“Previously, the distribution of the plots was for the families of the martyrs and prisoners,” he added, noting that “This issue was changed after changing the regime after 2003 where the new design of the lands added many plots to the provinces.”[/ltr]
