    A member of the Board of Commissioners and the official UNHCR spokesman Miqdad Sharifi, said Thursday that the commission in an awkward position and Unenviable because of the budget allocated to provide for an upcoming provincial elections, calling on the Council of Ministers and the House of Representatives to express an opinion on the postponement of the elections or not.
