According to a statement of the ministry he received a "light News," a copy of that came during the academic forum for the Ministry of Higher Education at the University of Misan, where al-Issa said that "the provinces that suffered decades of neglect and deprivation required support by supporting institutions, especially academic ones."
The Minister of Higher Education that "the allocation of a percentage of petrodollars to universities in the oil-producing provinces like Maysan province will ensure strengthening the infrastructure of the university and expanded way that serves to maintain the requirements and serve their children academically and socially."
