    Agreed to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives and the political blocs to pass most laws stalled in parliament during read and voted on next Monday.

    He said the "vote on those laws will be under the basket and the one pointing out that" these laws, some of which will be read and the other will be a vote next Monday's session of the Council of Representatives. "

    He added that "the Code of Civil grades, military and agency, a plan of action committees and laws that Bzmtha, Qaton the Federation Council, the law Communications and Almlomatah, infrastructure law will be discussed at future meetings of the Council of Representatives."

    Chairman of the House of Representatives convene a meeting of heads of parliamentary blocs and committees to discuss important laws

    Headed by Mr. Osama Najafi, Chairman of the House of Representatives on Wednesday 03/07/2013 a meeting of representatives of the parliamentary blocs and the heads of the committees in the Council to discuss speeding vote on a number of important laws.

    Mr. Najafi stressed in his speech during the meeting, which was held in the hall's Constitutional Council on the importance of intensifying meetings and negotiations between the heads of the committees and leaders of parliamentary blocs to reach a consensus on a number of laws that are still disabled because of their importance to the service of Iraq.

    The meeting discussed a number of important draft laws, the most prominent law of the Federation Council and the law of the Federal Supreme Court and the law of elections for the House of Representatives and the law banning the Baath party and activities takfirist and terrorist bill First Amendment of the Law of the accountability and justice as well as to discuss Act to amend the Criminal Code and amend the Code of Criminal Procedure and the draft law on the confiscation of the money movable and immovable property and to discuss special grades of civil and military appointees agency after 9 - 4 - 2003 as well as a bill to cancel the changes are not fair to the administrative boundaries of the provinces, districts and areas all parties law and the law of Communications and Informatics and the law of infrastructure.

    The meeting agreed to vote on the draft law of the Federal Court and a second reading of the draft law on the Council of the Federation and the first reading of the election law, the House of Representatives in the House hearing next Monday in addition to the inclusion of a number of important laws for the first read through the coming sessions as will show the other laws in the event of the end of the relevant committees of matured and make the necessary adjustments.
