    She stressed that "an attempt to control the exchange rate does not need to auction currency as is the case in Iraq, we did not find such a mechanism in any country in the world," pointing out that "the currency auction was limited benefits for four or all five points of currency traders." .
    The MP for the Federation of Iraqi forces Burhan Mamouri was considered, in (1 December 2016), that monetary policy led by the Central Bank "is solid" and caused the "waste" in the hard currency entering the country, as he pointed out that the auction currency sale of the bank It did not achieve the goals that the foundations for it, noting that the auction sold $ 312 billion over the past years have been transferred 80% of which are out of the country.

    One would think with the IMF, the Fed Reserve and Treasury Dept. the CBI would already have a plan of action - the past CBI articles said 3 things needed to be done and two started on Dec. 1, the last was security (Mosul) and now it appears Mosul is almost "done" - so I am hopeful we will see this sooner than later.
