    Baghdad / follow-up obelisk: The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Wednesday that military intervention in the affairs of any country is a source of concern, calling for calm and restraint in Egypt, while the European Union on Thursday to a quick return to democracy in Egypt after the ousted Armed Forces President Mohamed Morsi, President Obama also called for quick return to a democratically elected civilian government.

    The European Union called on Thursday to a quick return to democracy in Egypt after the armed forces overthrew dictator Mohamed Morsi.

    Said Catherine Ashton EU foreign policy in a statement, "I urge all parties to return rapidly to the democratic process, including holding presidential and parliamentary elections free and fair and the approval of the Constitution and that this is done in a way that does not exclude one and allowing the country to resume and complete the transition to democracy."

    And the armed forces toppled in the Islamic Egypt with President Mohamed Morsi, sparking joy of mayhem in the streets with the Egyptians looked forward to new elections.

    Ashton said she hoped that the new administration will be in Egypt fully representative of the various sects. And stressed the importance of ensuring full respect of fundamental rights and the rule of law.

    Ashton called on all parties to exercise restraint, saying, "I strongly condemn all acts of violence and oldest condolences to the families of the victims and urge the security forces to do everything in its power to protect the lives and safety of the citizens of the Egyptians."

    The state media and officials in Egypt, said at least ten people were killed in clashes between supporters and opponents of Morsi following the announcement of the impeachment army.

    Ashton said that the European Union remains "unequivocally committed to supporting the Egyptian people in their aspirations to democracy and the rule system is represented in a comprehensive manner."

    And U.S. President Barack Obama expressed deep concern to isolate the Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi on Wednesday and demanded quick return to a democratically elected civilian government.

    In a written statement, followed by the dramatic events that unravel in Cairo, Obama said he had issued directives to the concerned U.S. agencies to review the dimensions of military intervention to determine whether it will have any impact on U.S. aid to Egypt.

    He urged the Egyptian army to avoid any arbitrary arrest Mursi and his supporters.
