    UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and EU High Representative for Security and Foreign Policy Federica Mujerini have called for continued dialogue between Erbil and Baghdad to resolve differences and outstanding issues between them.
    "We have to put an end to the differences between Erbil and Baghdad," Mujerini said in a speech at the opening of the Iraq Reconstruction Conference held in Kuwait in the presence of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.
    She added that "solidarity with the Secretary-General of the United Nations in this regard the Secretary-General of the United Nations in this area and we wish to continue the dialogues between Arbil and Baghdad."
