    The Ministry of Industry and Minerals announced the formation of a joint ad hoc committee between Iraq and Iran to pursue investment opportunities between the two countries and the problems that accompany the work of Iranian companies in Iraq. And while confirming that the trade exchange between the two countries has risen to eight billion dollars, Iran revealed the possibility of the advent of other companies are guarantors for cooperation between the two countries. 
    The Minister of Industry and Minerals Mohammed Shia 'Al Sudani, during a joint press conference with Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Iranian Mojtaba Khosrow Taj, held at the ministry 's headquarters, the center of the capital , Baghdad, and attended (range Press), said that "this meeting saw the emphasis on the need for the work of a joint committee of specialized and Her decision to take it upon themselves to hold meetings between Baghdad and Tehran , which reviews the investment opportunities that exist between the two countries. " 
    Sudanese and added that "this committee Ttozv in the legal framework within which these joint ventures are , whether through investment or participation contracts in accordance with the Companies Law , a decision maker to enter the post on an internal level or external decades , " noting that " the Commission will be involved in follow - up shenanigans that accompany the work of Iranian companies in Iraq and with the investors in the private sector. " 
    Minister of Industry, said that "there is an agreement and a sense of common to succeed in the cooperation between the two countries and to embark on a broader cooperation with the Iranian side , " he said , adding that " the ministry has a plan work an industrial city in each province as well as in the field of petro - chemical and pharmaceutical industries and the food industry." Sudan and stressed that " the trade exchange between Iraq and Iran did not exceed the size of the last four years only four billion and a half billion dollars," but he also said , "but today has risen to eight billion dollars , the volume of trade exchanges between the two countries."
