Beijing: Continuing to cooperate with Tehran despite Washington sanctions

The spokesman for the Ministry of Commerce, Hao Finn, said his country will continue its economic and trade relations with Iran, not mindful of unilateral US sanctions imposed on Tehran.
"China and Iran have always maintained normal trade and economic relations and we always oppose unilateral sanctions. We will continue to maintain normal economic and trade relations with Iran without violating our international obligations. "
Chinese customs data show that China-Iran trade volume reached $ 13.21 billion in the first quarter of this year.
