(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) Member of the Finance Committee parliamentary, Ahmad Hama Rashid, today limit, "the general budget for the year 2019 without any grades of employment or contracts to install contracts."
"The decisions of the House of Representatives are not binding on the government, especially the installation of new contracts and jobs," he said. "There are no new jobs in the federal budget for 2019, except for the renewal of old contracts. All the reports about these coordinates are not in the budget. Anesthetic doses and not in the budget any stabilization of contracts or events of new functional grades.
"We are in the process of approving a set of amendments in the budget come out to satisfy the parties gathered," noting "We have not re-budget, but will be modified budget through a committee formed between the parliament and the government under the supervision of the Minister of Finance and a group of managers."
