A deputy submits a proposal on international grants and promises to promote investment with two factors

MP on the stream of wisdom Hassan Khalati, Saturday, the establishment of a fund to control the international grants obtained by Iraq, while pledged to promote the investment in the country stability of the security situation and political stability.
He said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "the orientation of the country today should be an investment, therefore, the conference of donor countries in Kuwait was supportive of the investment and reconstruction of Iraq," noting that "the establishment of a fund to control the funds provided within the grants of States will contribute to channel funds properly" .
"There were loans to Iraq in order to establish investment projects specifically, including the Chinese loan, which is considered an important loan and will play a major role in the development of strategic projects in the country," said Khalati, "We had a meeting with the Prime Minister, where he stressed the need to invest the Chinese loan optimally" .
He pointed out that he "earlier directed a parliamentary question to the President of the National Investment Authority on the amounts provided by the donor countries in the Kuwait Conference and the results obtained from them, where we answered then, but we need to dig deeper in this matter to know details in a clearer manner in order to direct these funds to serve the citizen "He said.
"The vision of the results of the donor conference in Kuwait and other conferences depends mainly on follow-up, and we believe that the government as long as the investment orientation with the presence of follow-up and provide conditions conducive to investment, including the security situation and political stability, the advancement of investment reality will be more clear in the near term."
