[rtl]A member of the parliamentary planning committee Majida al-Tamimi, announced an amendment to the draft financial budget for 2019 regarding the calculation of the employee's certificate during service and the five-year leave for employees.[/rtl]
[rtl]"Article (36b) has been added to the budget relating to the calculation of the employee certificate obtained by employees during service," Al-Tamimi said in an interview with Al-Tawhia's "Watch" program.[/rtl]
[rtl]She explained that "some ministries were counted certificate during service, and some are not counted, and this is not true because we are one country and it is not reasonable to implement the Ministry of that article and not implemented by another ministry."[/rtl]
[rtl]On the five-year leave, Tamimi said, "There is a five-year leave (within the budget), but there was a paragraph (within the leave) that disturbs the staff including not counting the certificate obtained by the employee during the leave, and we removed this paragraph."[/rtl]
