    White House national security adviser John Bolton said the United States is considering a possible tightening of sanctions against North Korea if it does not disarm.

    "We will look at North Korea's decisions later, to see how serious it is about the negotiations, whether to return to them, and whether it will eventually abandon its nuclear weapons program," Bolton told Fox News Business.

    "If they do not want to do so, President Trump has made it clear that they will not be exempted from the harsh economic sanctions imposed against them," he said.

    On February 27 and 28, the second summit of President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un were held in Hanoi. And ended before the deadline, without achieving results or signing documents.

    WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States is considering options to tighten sanctions against North Korea if it does not disarm, US national security adviser John Bolton said Wednesday.
    "We are looking for solutions, possible solutions that can be taken with regard to North Korea, whether they are serious about the negotiations or not, and want to return to them and ultimately whether they are committed to abandon the nuclear weapons program," Bolton said.
    "If they do not want to do that, then I think President Trump has made it clear that he will not lift the economic sanctions imposed on them," he said.
    US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un held a joint summit in Vietnam on February 27-28 to discuss controversial issues, including disarmament of Pyongyang and a halt to US military exercises with South Korea.
    The summit ended between the United States and North Korea, without signing the joint document that had been planned in advance. Ending / 25
