Basra Council approves 42 projects for the water sector at a cost of 86 billion dinars

The Basra Provincial Council announced on Sunday the approval of 42 projects for the water sector at a cost of more than 86 billion dinars within the 2019 project plan.
Council member Anwar Madlal, said that "the Basra Provincial Council began to put the draft plan 2019 for consideration and study and vote for various sectors."
She added that "the Council approved 42 projects related to [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/105118/%D9%82%D8%B7%D8%A7%D8%B9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%A1][size=13]the water sector[/url] at a cost of more than 86 billion dinars," noting that "the projects include the erection and construction of desalination plants and water purification."
"The Council continues to vote on the 2019 project plan in preparation for its implementation."
