    The Secretary-General of the Arab Tribal Council Sheikh Thaer al-Bayati, the former and current governments responsible for what happened in the liberated provinces of security, political and economic crises, while demanding the imposition of the law and the Constitution and make it above all parties and parties.
    Al-Bayati said in his speech to the news that "the popular crowd has completely destroyed the mosques during the liberation operations in the Sunni provinces under the control of a terrorist organization," he told the crowd. "Have you liberated us or fought Allah?"
    Al-Bayati called on the government and the security and judicial authorities to work to enforce the law and prestige of the state and make the constitution Iraq above all without any exception, noting that "there are areas completely destroyed and the government to rebuild again for the return of the people."
    "The former government and the current government is responsible for the large destruction of houses, villages and mosques during the liberation operations in the Sunni provinces."
