Decisions of the Council of Ministers Session No. 33 in 08/26/2014

The Cabinet held its third ordinary session in Baghdad (Tuesday, August 26, 2014) under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, issued by the Council and the following decisions:
The allocation of $ 1 (500) billion dinars extra to the Supreme Committee for the displaced, acted as an advance on the budgets of 2014 and 2015.
2 by the Ministry of Commerce to pay the value of the ration card to citizens and displaced persons, which had not been delivered to them during the past months of 2014, according to the decision of the Council of Ministers (285) for the year of 2013, the first paragraph.
3-1 / confirmation to the Ministry of Planning for the inclusion of a project to build one million housing units, and allocate an annual sum to cover the annual benefits of the project in coordination with the Municipality of Baghdad and the provinces, with the benefit of the amount allocated to strategic projects in the public budget.
2 / allocation of the amount needed to cover what was stated in the request for the Municipality of Baghdad required for the year 2014.
3 / approval of the minutes of the committee formed about it Diwani No. 389 for the year 2013.
4 / review of the legal department at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to draft the proposed contract and show the notes on it and inform the Municipality of Baghdad so.
5 / refusing requests for the companies that made the price more than 40 million dinars for each housing unit.
4 to approve the donation of Muthanna province compounds the (27) Twenty-seven vehicles and the amount of the total value (842 187 000) dinars, only eight hundred and forty-two million, one hundred and eighty-seven thousand dinars to the Council of the province of Muthanna, and contained detailed in the table accompanying the book Muthanna province with a number: 11378 dated 07/22/2014, according to the provisions of paragraph (b) of Article (5) of the Implementing Regulations of the federal budget for the financial year / 2013.
5 to approve the cancellation of delay penalties arising from the Al-Mansour Contracting Construction, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Construction and Housing under the contract No. (34 direct call) on the delivery of all mud schools contracted with the Ministry of Education and that have been identified completed and delivered no later than 10/01/2014 , the requirement to complete the project on schedule.
6-1 / approval of the Ministry of Finance to pay the share of the Republic of Iraq in the Arab financial safety net in the form of an advance and approved by the recent Arab summit held in Kuwait, Iraq, after determining the share of financial research on the subject over by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2 / the Iraqi Foreign Ministry to provide financial assistance to the Palestinian Authority, and has approval to pay the sum of (5) five million dollars.
7 to approve the Mayati:
1 / establishment of the National Investment Commission to grant the investor (a consortium of bounties wells Iraqi oil services and gas and general trading limited liability and Caso oil services limited liability) leave the investment project hydrogenation and improve gasoline in the province of Muthanna, according to the provisions of Article (7 / b) of the Investment Law No. (13) of 2006 as amended.
2 / the province of Muthanna Investment Commission to cancel the license granted by the investment before the coalition mentioned above.
