A member of the Finance Committee: exemption from taxes encourage companies to invest in Iraq

Baghdad (news) .. A member of the Finance Committee for the National Alliance MP Amin Hadi, said passing a law exempting domestic and foreign companies from taxes and customs duties encourages companies to invest in Iraq.
Hadi said (of the Agency news): The adoption of the exemption law will contribute to attracting foreign companies, noting that the countries of the world given the opportunity for investors from five to ten years from which to revive their investment and then pay taxes.
He added: that his committee encourages the Act to exempt from taxes for companies that need capital to adequate time and space enough to state grant this time.
The Council of Ministers decided in its regular exempting foreign and local companies implementing investment projects from taxes and fees. / End / 5. B. PVC /
