Proceeded Rasheed Bank, on Monday, activating the e - government citizen complaints for the service of citizens.
The bank said it 'proceeded to activate the e - government citizen complaints for the service of citizens', adding that 'comes the service based on the directives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers'.
He added the bank to 'service will allow citizens easier to communicate with the bank through a private e - mail address to receive such complaints', noting that ' the complaints will be sent to the relevant departments and answered cut the time specified and then sent to the citizen through his e - mail or phone number.'

Rasheed 's second larget state bank in Iraq , the Bank is established in 1988 under Law No. (52) and became a public company under the Companies Law No. (22) for the year 1997 , and the bank is subject to the supervision of the Central Bank of Iraq and the Office of Financial Supervision.
