Former MP Fadhel Al-Fatlawi confirmed today, Monday, that Parliament will resume its work next week to vote on important laws, including personal status.
Al-Fatlawi said in an interview that “next week, many laws will be voted on by the House of Representatives after the legislative holiday was postponed for one month.”
He explained that "the reason for delaying the date of the parliament session is due to the existence of a three-day legislative holiday, in addition to consultations with political blocs to extend the legislative term."
He pointed out that "there are many important laws with the government, including the Personal Status Law, which will be voted on in the session next Saturday." End 25
