    Information/Baghdad...
Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi stressed that the law on returning properties to their owners needs many details that do justice to those affected and cancel the decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council.
Al-Tamimi told Al-Maalouma, "The law to return properties to their owners is brief and requires many details, and it has many observations that the Iraqi legislator must pay attention to."
He added, "The new law did not stipulate the cancellation of the decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council, as the legislator granted exceptions to these decisions, and this raises question marks about not cancelling them, especially since they are unfair decisions that were removed when the influence was removed."
He explained that "there is a need to compensate those affected by the decisions of the aforementioned council, especially since there are many citizens who have been harmed and their lands have been stolen without justification, which is not specified in the new law." End25N
