A source familiar with the Federal Council of Ministers for visit Mrtbakh to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to Arbil after Eid al-Fitr to resume negotiations with the provincial government.
The source said that "al-Maliki will visit Erbil after the Eid al-Fitr for the resumption of bilateral negotiations with the Kurdistan Regional Government with respect to the problem committees between Baghdad and Erbil, as well as the political process in Iraq in general."
The source added that "al-Maliki will discuss a number of key issues and the latest developments on the Iraqi political scene
