    Gold fell Friday from its highest level in five months hit in the previous session, but it is heading for the biggest weekly gain since June 2016 amid concerns related to the Middle East and North Korea, which boosted investor appetite for safe havens while the decline in the dollar.

    The price of gold fell in the spot transactions 0.2 percent to $ 1284.81 an ounce (an ounce) by the time 1435 GMT.

    The dollar recorded losses on Friday and is heading for a weekly decline Ostagil Amaastmrar tensions in North Korea so as to enhance the Japanese currency as a safe haven.
