    For his part , the ambassador noted his country 's keenness on strengthening relations between the two countries, including the cultural and tourist side, stressing that he was keen to meet all Iraqi segments and that relations can be built through personal relationships and not only technical.
    In the field of talking about the issue of Sinjar , and the presence of Turkish troops Yıldız said: I will convey and all your secretariat, as well as other messages to our government, pointing out that Turkey stand by Iraq in its war against Daesh and that the presence of Turkish troops is to train without graduated from the camps and there is a force to protect these trainers Everyone is here to fight Daesh and want us to have permanent cooperation with the federal government as well as with the Kurdistan Regional government and in this context , we have many proposals of the international coalition to fight Daesh, and we extend our condolences sincere from the depths of our hearts to the martyrs of the Peshmerga who lost their lives yesterday as a result of aerial bombardment.
    The ambassador added that, because of the movements of terrorist groups in this region were forced Turkish leaders to do the work.
    And the ambassador pointed out that Turkey 's interest and the balance in relations between the center government is achieved in Baghdad and the Government of the region as well as within the region
