    Parliament: the late adoption of a four-year grant leave to an employee law is unjustified


    The member of the House of Representatives, Abbas al-Bayati, Sunday, that the delay in granting the adoption of a long vacation to the employee unjustified law, calling on the House of Representatives to vote on the bill next Tuesday.
    Bayati said in an interview for "Economy News", "The granting of leave to an employee for a period of four years was included in the current year's budget law," asserting that "the financial budget law talks about one year, which forced the government to submit a draft law on the four leave years."
    He added that "there are some staff are waiting for the adoption of the four-year vacation law that requires the approval of parliament in a session next Tuesday."
    For his part, he announced a member of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives, Jabbar al-Abadi, Sunday, that the Finance Committee discusses the granting of employee long vacation.
    Ebadi said in his speech during the parliamentary session, held on Sunday and followed the "Economy News", "giving the employee a long vacation is in the Finance Committee and the law has not yet been agreement on a particular formula."
