The proceedings of the meeting, which was held on 13 and 14 June, showed announced on Wednesday that the division is increasing among policy-makers in the Fed on inflation expectations and how they impact on the pace of increasing interest.
The dollar was steady against the Japanese yen at 113.32 yen in early trading after surging more than one percent this week.
It was trading against the euro at $ 1.13495.
