    [rtl]Oil Price website revealed that the Chinese company CNOOC signed a deal to explore an oil field in central Iraq.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Oil Price website wrote a report stating that “the Chinese company, CNOOC, has signed a deal to explore an oil field in central Iraq,” noting that “Africa Holding Company will manage the deposits, and the first phase of work is scheduled to take three years.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]The report added, "The Iraqi field exploration deal comes on the heels of CNOOC winning the bid for Block 7 after a tender conducted by the Iraqi government earlier this year, in which major Chinese energy companies were the big winners, winning a total of four bids for nine oil and gas fields."[/rtl]
