Administrative judiciary approves the removal of the governor of Anbar

The Administrative Court responded to the appeal submitted by Anbar Governor Suhaib al-Rawi to the decision to dismiss him, and confirmed that the vote of the Anbar Provincial Council to dismiss the law came in accordance with the constitutional and constitutional.

The document stated that "this decision is contrary to the law because it was not preceded by an interrogation session as required by article 51 of the said law and that no judicial decision has been issued against him. The case before him in the Court of Integrity Crimes (365/2017) And that a member of the provincial council who voted on the contested decision has already withdrawn his hand and referred it to the judiciary under administrative order no. The court decided, after reviewing and deliberating the ratification of the decision of the plaintiff's request, including the removal of the governor of Anbar Suhaib al-Rawi from his post, for the loss of one of the conditions provided for in Article III of Article 5 of the Law of Governorates not organized in the territory, after 16 members applied for it. The court reviewed the decision of the Court of Appeal of Baghdad / Rusafa Federal / Criminal Excellence Commission, including the ratification of the Court of Misdemeanors competent in cases of integrity and economic crime and money laundering in the case.
