    [rtl]The Finance Committee of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, that the budget of 2018 will not include an amendment to the peace of salaries, while the government called for not to deduct (3.8) of the salaries of employees.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The budget of 2018 did not include an amendment to the peace of salaries," said member of the Committee Hossam al-Aqabi said Thursday during a press statement followed by "Trend Press", stressing the need to "not include the next budget deductions (3.8) of salaries of employees due to the stability of oil."[/rtl]
    [rtl]As for the budget of northern Iraq and the order of Prime Minister Haider Abadi to re-study, said the punishment that "the agreement between the government of Baghdad and Erbil in terms of oil will change attributed to the reason that the oil of the north was in the hands of the administration of Arbil and now the fields of Kirkuk became the hands of the federal government."[/rtl]
