    [ltr]The official of the Tanzanian Front organizations in Kirkuk, Mohammed Samaan, Saturday, that a specialized committee of the Ministry of Interior will visit the province in the coming days and will make a complete change in the security leaders, taking into account the representation of components and 32% for each component of the city.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The problem of the distribution of security posts in the province of Kirkuk, was resolved with Governor Rakan Jubouri, during a meeting held on Friday," he said, noting that "the governor of Kirkuk, during the meeting that the recent security changes that took place in Kirkuk Did not bear the signature and all were made through the police chief Brigadier General Khattab Omar.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He added that "a special committee of the Ministry of Interior headed by Deputy Minister Mowaffaq Abdul Hadi, will visit Kirkuk in the coming days and will make a complete change in the security leaders, taking into account the representation of components and by 32% for each component of the province."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "the governor of Kirkuk asked the Turkmen Front to nominate a number of personalities to be selected for the positions of directors of areas and a census of some areas with a majority Turkmen in the province."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The House voted on Thursday (14 September 2017) to remove the governor of Kirkuk, Necmettin Karim from his post, at the request of Prime Minister Haider Abadi.[/ltr]
    [ltr]On Monday (October 16, 2017), the Presidency of the Council of Ministers decided to appoint the Deputy Governor of Kirkuk, Necmettin Karim, Rakan Said Al-Jubouri as Governor, temporarily pending the selection of a new Governor.[/ltr]
