    In turn, the official spokesman of the police command of Babylon, Colonel Adel al-Husseini, said that "a large pre-emptive operations north of the province is underway to secure the fortieth visit in coordination with the leadership of operations Babylon and security services in addition to the popular mobilization forces," noting that "these operations will continue until the end of its decrees in order to prepare A healthy and well-security environment and an opportunity for terrorists to disrupt the visit. "
    Al-Husseini pointed out that "the operations involved the participation of combat forces from the police and army battalions and the forces of the popular mobilization in Babylon in cooperation with the National Security and Intelligence units based on accurate intelligence to prevent any attempt to infiltrate the terrorist elements to Babylon," adding that "operations are concentrated on overlapping areas And rural areas in northern Babylon which are believed to harbor a number of sleeper cells north of Babylon. " 
    Al-Husseini pointed out that "the pre-emptive operations have achieved many positive results, including the arrest of wanted persons and the treatment of terrorist movement in the wells area west of the shelf and was able to hit three terrorist additives containing weapons and ammunition, explosives and food items."
    Al-Husseini said that "a joint security force from the police emergency brigades and the intelligence and national security units carried out a security exercise in cooperation with the security checkpoints of Martyr Salam Shannon in the Nile area (15 km north of Hilla) at the intersection of the entrance to the highway The arrest of a person seized with a quantity of high-explosive powder material placed inside the bottles of the number two in an attempt to pass through the checkpoint. "
