[ltr]Defense Minister Irfan Hayali and Romanian Ambassador to Iraq Iacov Prada discussed on Tuesday the joint military cooperation between the two countries, while the latter stressed his country's readiness to contribute to the reconstruction of infrastructure.[/ltr]
