The judiciary directed not to suspend the resolution of issues of integrity

The spokesman of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Abdul Sattar Birqdar that the President of the Council met with judges specialized in the consideration of issues of integrity to discuss ways to resolve the cases and the mechanism to deal with cases of corruption crimes. Berkdar added that the meeting included assurances to the members of the Supreme Judicial Council not to suspend the resolution of the case on the administrative investigation in cases that do not require investigation of this kind, pointing out that «Judge Zidane stressed that the subject of administrative investigation estimated by the judge concerned in the need for him or not Depending on the circumstances of each case ».
